Kwaliteitsnorm
Uw product betreft een elektrische vouwfiets. Het A-gewogen emissie geluidsdrukniveau bij de oren van de
bestuurder is minder dan 70 dB(A). De fiets is op één of twee locaties opvouwbaar, onderaan de stuurpen
en/of halverwege het frame. De aandrijving is uitgerust met een trapondersteuning welke wordt gevoed door
een externe batterij. De batterij kan zich op verschillende locaties bevinden, zoals in de bagagedrager of in het
frame. Middels een externe lader wordt de batterij geladen. Deze externe lader wordt als los product gezien
en is reeds voorzien van een CE-markering (o.b.v. de Laagspanningsrichtlijn en de EMC-richtlijn).
De ingaande spanning van de batterij bedraagt 36V, de aandrijving van de motor is 180W of 250W en de
maximale snelheid van het voertuig is 25 km/h.
Op basis van bovenstaande productomschrijving zijn de volgende richtlijnen van toepassing:
• EMC-richtlijn: 2014/30/EU
• Machinerichtlijn: 2006/42/EG
• ROHS richtlijn: 2011/65/EU
De Laagspanningsrichtlijn is niet van toepassing, omdat de ingaande spanning slechts 36V bedraagt. De lader
van de batterij is separaat voorzien van een CE-markering.
Vanuit bovenstaande richtlijnen zijn een aantal (geharmoniseerde) normen van toepassing.
De volgende drie normen zijn in dit kader relevant en moeten ook gebruikt worden als input voor alle overige
documentatie:
• EN 15194:2017 (Fietsen - Elektrisch ondersteunde fietsen - EPAC Fietsen)
• NEN-EN-ISO 4210-1:2014
• EN ISO 12100:2010
