Probleem: mijn bestandsoverdrachten gaan te langzaam.

V: Zijn beide uiteinden van de kabel stevig aangesloten?
A: Voer de volgende tips uit om problemen met kabelverbindingen op te lossen:
Controleer de beide uiteinden van de kabel en zorg ervoor dat ze goed op de poorten zijn aangesloten.
Probeer de LaCie 1big Dock veilig uit uw computer te werpen en koppel vervolgens de kabel los. Wacht
10 seconden en sluit de LaCie 1big Dock vervolgens opnieuw aan op de computer.
V: Zijn er andere Thunderbolt 3- of USB-apparaten aangesloten op dezelfde poort of hub?
A: Verwijder andere apparaten en controleer of de snelheid van de schijf verbetert.

V: Is het station wel aangesloten op een Thunderbolt 3 USB-C-poort van uw computer of hub?
A: Sluit de 1big Dock aan op een USB-C-poort van uw computer die Thunderbolt 3-apparaten ondersteunt.
Het bliksempictogram dat naast de USB-C-poort wordt weergegeven, geeft aan dat Thunderbolt 3 wordt
ondersteund.
V: Ondersteunt uw computer of besturingssysteem Thunderbolt 3?
A: Raadpleeg de documentatie van uw computer en besturingssysteem voor meer informatie over
Thunderbolt 3-compatibiliteit.

V: Is schrijfcaching ingeschakeld?
A: Schrijfcaching wordt gebruikt om prestaties te verbeteren. Hierbij worden in het vluchtig geheugen (RAM)
