Después de haber encendido el fuego, deje el registro que regula el aire para la combustión en la posición que se indica:

• no añada leña entre dos cargas completas;
• no apague el fuego cerrando las tomas de aire;
• la limpieza regular realizada por un deshollinador reduce las emisiones de polvos nos.

FUNCIONAMIENTO NORMAL
IMPORTANTE: POR RAZONES DE SEGURIDAD, LA PUERTA DEL HOGAR PUEDE ESTAR ABIERTA SOLO DURANTE LA FASE
DE CARGA DEL COMBUSTIBLE. EL HOGAR DEBE ESTAR CERRADO DURANTE EL FUNCIONAMIENTO Y LOS PERÍODOS EN
LOS QUE NO SE UTILIZA.
Después de posicionar los reguladores correctamente introduzca la carga horaria indicada, evitando sobrecargas que provocan desgastes
anómalos y deformaciones. EL PRODUCTO DEBE USARSE SIEMPRE CON LA PUERTA CERRADA, PARA EVITAR DAÑOS DEBIDOS AL
EXCESIVO CALENTAMIENTO EFECTO FORJA. EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE DICHA REGLA HACE CADUCAR LA GARANTÍA.
Los aparatos con cierre automático de la puerta (tipo 1) deben funcionar obligatoriamente, por razones de seguridad, con la puerta del hogar
cerrada (excepto en la fase de carga del combustible o de la eliminación de la ceniza).
Los aparatos con las puertas que no tienen cierre automático (tipo 2) deben ser conectados a un conducto de salida de humos propio. Está
permitido el funcionamiento con la puerta abierta solamente bajo vigilancia.
Los reguladores en la parte delantera del aparato regulan la emisión de calor del hogar. Deben abrirse según la necesidad caloríca.
La mejor combustión (emisiones mínimas) se obtiene cuando, al cargar la leña, la mayor parte del aire para la combustión pasa a través del
regulador de aire secundario.
NO SOBRECARGAR NUNCA EL APARATO. DEMASIADO COMBUSTIBLE Y DEMASIADO AIRE PARA LA COMBUSTIÓN PUEDEN
CAUSAR UN SOBRECALENTAMIENTO Y POR TANTO DAÑAR LA ESTUFA. SE EXCLUYEN DE LA GARANTÍA LOS DAÑOS DEBIDOS AL
SOBRECALENTAMIENTO. POR TANTO, HAY QUE UTILIZAR SIEMPRE LA ESTUFA CON LA PUERTA CERRADABAJA PARA EVITAR EL EFECTO
FORJA.
La regulación de los reguladores necesaria para obtener un rendimiento caloríco nominal con una depresión en la chimenea de 12 Pa (1,2
mm de columna de agua) es la siguiente: véase cap. DESCRIPCIÓN TÉCNICA. L’aparato es un aparato de combustión de forma intermitente.
SI LA TEMPERATURA DEL AGUA SUPERA LA TEMPERATURA DE INTERVENCIÓN DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE SEGURIDAD,
SUSPENDER INMEDIATAMENTE LA CARGA DE LEÑA Y COMPROBAR LA DISMINUCIÓN DE LA TEMPERATURA DEL
AGUA Y DE LA LLAMA ELIMINANDO LAS CAUSAS DEL SOBRECALENTAMIENTO CERRANDO EVENTUALMENTE EL
REGULADOR DE AIRE.
SI EL AGUA SANITARIA ESTÁ CONECTADA AL TERMOPRODUCTO, SE PUEDE ABRIR EL GRIFO DE AGUA CALIENTE PARA AGILIZAR
EL ENFRIAMIENTO DEL EQUIPO.
ADEMÁS DE LA REGULACIÓN DEL AIRE PARA LA COMBUSTIÓN, LA CHIMENEA TAMBIÉN AFECTA A LA INTENSIDAD DE LA COMBUSTIÓN
Y LUEGO AL RENDIMIENTO CALORÍFICO DE SU APARATO. UN BUEN TIRO DE LA CHIMENEA NECESITA UNA REGULACIÓN MÁS REDUCIDA
DEL AIRE PARA LA COMBUSTIÓN, MIENTRAS QUE UN TIRO ESCASO, NECESITA AÚN MÁS UNA REGULACIÓN EXACTA DEL AIRE PARA LA
COMBUSTIÓN.
Para comprobar si la combustión es buena, controlar si el humo que sale de la chimenea es transparente. Si es blanco, signica que el aparato
no está regulado correctamente o la leña está demasiado mojada; si, en cambio, es gris o negro, signica que la combustión no es completa
(es necesaria una mayor cantidad de aire secundario).
ATENCIÓN: CUANDO SE AGREGA COMBUSTIBLE A LA BRASA, EN AUSENCIA DE LLAMAS, SE PODRÍA VERIFICAR UNA ELEVADA
PRODUCCIÓN DE HUMO. SI ESTO SUCEDIERA, SE PODRÍA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA EXPLOSIVA DE GAS Y AIRE Y, EN CASOS
EXTREMOS, SE PODRÍA VERIFICAR UNA EXPLOSIÓN. POR MOTIVOS DE SEGURIDAD, SE ACONSEJA EFECTUAR UN
NUEVO PROCESO DE ENCENDIDO, A TRAVÉS DE LA UTILIZACIÓN DE PEQUEÑOS LISTONES.
USO DEL HORNO DONDE ESTÉ PRESENTE
Gracias al aporte de aire de combustión, la temperatura del horno puede ser sensiblemente inuenciada. Un suciente tiro de la chimenea
y los canales bien limpios para el ujo de humos calientes alrededor del horno son fundamentales para un buen resultado de la cocción. El
registro de humos debe colocarse completamente hacia el exterior.
Tortas altas y carnes de gran tamaño deben colocarse en el nivel más bajo. Tortas bajas y galletas van en el nivel medio. El nivel superior
se puede utilizar para calentar o dorar. La parrilla del horno y la rejilla de horno cromada puede colocarse a distintas alturas (véase cap.
Descripción Técnica - ACCESORIOS).
CUANDO COCINAMOS ALIMENTOS CON ALTA HUMEDAD, PASTELES CON FRUTA O SOLO FRUTA SE PRODUCE AGUA DE
CONDENSACIÓN. DURANTE LA COCCIÓN SE PUEDE GENERAR VAPOR DE AGUA QUE SE DEPOSITA EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR O LATERAL DE
LA PUERTA, FORMANDO GOTAS DE AGUA DE CONDENSACIÓN. ES UN FENÓMENO FÍSICO.
Al abrir la puerta brevemente y con cuidado (1 o 2 veces, con mayor frecuencia en el caso de tiempos de cocción más largos) se puede dejar
salir el vapor de la cámara de cocción y reducir considerablemente la condensación.
