und Farbunterschiede aufweisen. Gerade diese Eigenschaften sind ein Beweis dafür, dass sie aus wertvoller handwerklicher Fertigung
stammen. Email und Majolika bilden wegen ihres unterschiedlichen Dehnungskoezienten Mikrorisse (Haarrisse), die ihre Echtheit beweisen.

REINIGUNGSMITTEL ODER EINE FLÜSSIGKEIT BENUTZEN, KÖNNTE LETZTERE IN DIE HAARRISSE EINDRINGEN UND SIE

LACKIERTE PRODUKTE WENN ANWESEND
Nach einigen Jahren von Verwendung ist ein Farbenwechsel der lackierten Teile ganz normal. Dieses Phänomen ist durch die beträchtlichen
Temperaturschwankungen, denen das Produkt im Betrieb ausgesetzt ist, und durch die Alterung des Lacks selbst mit dem Lauf der Zeit
bedingt.
ACHTUNG: VOR DER EVENTUELLEN ANBRINGUNG DES NEUEN LACKS, DIE OBERFLÄCHE SAUBER MACHEN UND ALLEN REST
WEGRÄUMEN.
EMAILLIERTE PRODUKTE WENN ANWESEND
Zur Reinigung der lackierten Teile Seifenwasser oder andernfalls nicht abreibende oder chemisch aggressive Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
SEIFENWASSER UND REINIGUNGSMITTEL NACH DER SÄUBERUNG NICHT TROCKNEN LASSEN, SONDERN SOFORT
WEGRÄUMEN. VERWENDEN SIE KEINE METALLWOLLE ODER SCHLEIFPAPIERE.
VERCHROMTE TEILE WENN ANWESEND
Sollten die verchromten Teile aufgrund von Überhitzung bläulich werden, können die mit einem geeigneten Reinigungsmittel abgeholfen
werden. Schleifprodukte und Verdünnungen dürfen nicht benutzt werden.
WARTUNG DER HYDRAULIKANLAGE
ÜBERMÄSSIGE VERKRUSTUNGSABLAGERUNGEN AN DEN INNENWÄNDEN DES FEUERRAUMS REDUZIERT DIE LEISTUNG DES
THERMISCHEN AUSTAUSCHES BEDEUTEND, AUS DIESEM GRUND, MÜSSEN DIE VERKRUSTUNGEN MIT EINER STAHLBÜRSTE
ENTFERNT WERDEN.
NIEMALS ÄTZENDE SUBSTANZEN VERWENDEN, DIE DEN GERÄT UND DEN HEIZKESSEL BESCHÄDIGEN KÖNNTEN.
BEI AUSGESCHALTETER ANLAGE MÜSSEN EINMAL IM JAHR FOLGENDE KONTROLLEN DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN:
• Kontrolle der Funktionstüchtigkeit und der Leistungsfähigkeit des thermischen Ablassventils und des Sicherheitsventils. SOLLTE SICH
DIESE NICHT IN EINEM EINWANDFREIEN ZUSTAND BEFINDEN, DEN AUTORISIERTEN INSTALLATEUR KONTAKTIEREN. DAS ENTFERNEN
ODER VERÄNDERUNGEN AN DIESEN SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN, SIND STRENGSTENS VERBOTEN.
• Die Thermoisolierung der Füllrohre und des Sicherheitsrohrs überprüfen.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Anlage gefüllt ist und unter Druck steht, den Wasserstand im Inneren des Expansionsgefäßes kontrollieren,
ebenso wie dessen Funktionstüchtigkeit, auch die Leistungsfähigkeit des Sicherheitsrohrs muss kontrolliert werden.
SOMMERPAUSE
Nachdem die Feuerstelle, der Kamin und der Schornstein gereinigt und dabei alle Aschenreste und sonstigen Rückstände entfernt worden
sind, alle Feuerraumtüren und Luftschieber schließen. Falls das Gerät vom Schornstein getrennt wird, muß die Önung im Schornstein
geschlossen werden, damit andere am gleichen Schornstein angeschlossene Feuerstätte weiter funktionieren können.
DER SCHORNSTEIN SOLLTE MINDESTENS EINMAL JÄHRLICH GEREINIGT WERDEN; DABEI IST STETS AUCH DER ZUSTAND DER DICHTUNGEN
ZU ÜBERPRÜFEN. NUR WENN DIE DICHTUNGEN UNVERSEHRT SIND, KÖNNEN SIE EINE EINWANDFREIE FUNKTION DES GERÄTS
GEWÄHRLEISTEN!
DIE DICHTUNGEN SOLLTEN DAHER ERSETZT WERDEN, SOBALD SIE NICHT MEHR EINWANDFREI SIND, D.H. NICHT MEHR DICHT AM
PRODUKTS ANLIEGEN.
SOLLTE DER RAUM, IN DEM DER PRODUKTS AUFGESTELLT IST, FEUCHT SEIN, SO SIND ENTSPRECHENDE FEUCHTIGKEITSABSORBIERENDE
SALZE IN DEN FEUERRAUM ZU GEBEN.
IDIE GUSSEISENTEILE IM OFEN SOLLTEN MIT NEUTRALER VASELINE GESCHÜTZT WERDEN, WENN DEREN AUSSEHEN ÜBER
LANGE ZEIT IN UNVERÄNDERTER SCHÖNHEIT ERHALTEN BLEIBEN SOLL.
DEN WASSERSTAND IM EXPANSIONSGEFÄSS KONTROLLIEREN UND EVENTUELL LUFT AUS DEN HEIZKÖRPERN ABLASSEN, DARÜBER
HINAUS DIE FUNKTIONSTÜCHTIGKEIT DER HYDRAULISCHEN UND ELEKTRISCHEN ZUBEHÖRTEILE KONTROLLIEREN STEUERZENTRALE,
ZIRKULATOR.
ACHTUNG: MAN DARF DAS FEUER KEINESFALLS ANZÜNDEN, WENN DIE ANLAGE NICHT MIT WASSER GEFÜLLT WURDE;
SOLLTE MAN DIES DENNOCH TUN, KÖNNTE DADURCH DIE GESAMTE ANLAGE BESCHÄDIGT WERDEN. DIE ANLAGE MUSS
IMMER MIT WASSER GEFÜLLT SEIN, AUCH WENN DER GERÄT NICHT GENUTZT WIRD.
