COME SETTARE LA MACCHINA PER LA COTTURA BISCOTTI
•Accendere la cucina con carico di legna moderato no a che il termometro del forno indica 150°C.
•Attendere il raggiungimento dei 190 - 200°C senza ulteriori cariche di legna.
•Caricare un pezzo singolo di legna da 500 - 600 g per volta e attendere che bruci completamente prima di caricare nuovamente.
•Questo mantiene la temperatura del forno stabile attorno ai 190 - 200°C.
•Inserire la teglia con i biscotti in posizione bassa per 25-30 minuti (cottura lenta) oppure in posizione media per 15-20 minuti (cottura
veloce).
•Girare la teglia a metà cottura se necessario.
