DISTANZE RACCOMANDATE PER VANO CALDAIA

In conformità alle normative vigenti le caldaie devono essere sistemate in locali con sufciente aerazione necessaria alla combustione.

Non è ammesso piazzare le caldaie in locali abitativi (inclusi i corridoi). L’ingombro minimo dell’apertura per l’entrata dell’aria

comburente nel locale caldaie deve essere di almeno cm² 100 per le caldaie. Oltre alla caldaia, la centrale termica dovrebbe poter

accogliere l’accumulatore inerziale, il bollitore sanitario, il quadro elettrico e tutta l’impiantistica idraulica.

PROTEZIONE ANTINCENDIO PER L’INSTALLAZIONE E L’UTILIZZO DI APPARECCHI TERMICI

AVVERTENZA In situazioni di possibili presenze di gas, o di vapori inammabili, e alla presenza di lavori che presentano

pericolo temporaneo d’incendio, o di scoppio (posa di linoleum mediante colla, PVC, ecc.), le caldaie devono essere messe

fuori uso prima che il pericolo si presenti. Non si devono appoggiare oggetti in materiale inammabile né sulle caldaie,

né a distanze inferiori a quelle di sicurezza.
