IMPORTANTE: SI SE UTILIZAN TUBOS METÁLICOS, ES INDISPENSABLE QUE SEAN AISLADOS CON MATERIALES ADECUADOS
REVESTIMIENTOS DE FIBRA AISLANTE RESISTENTES HASTA 600 °C PARA EVITAR EL DESGASTE DE LAS CONSTRUCCIONES O
DE LA CONTRACAMPANA.
Antes de posicionar el insert en la chimenea preexistente es indispensable cerrar la parte alta interior de la chimenea, utilizando
una chapa (oportunamente perforada anteriormente) u otro material ignífugo que pueda soportar sin daños una temperatura
muy elevada. (véase Figura 7 pos. 1 Inserti - Figura 13).
AIRE PARA LA COMBUSTIÓN
ES INDISPENSABLE QUE EL ESPACIO ENTRE LA PARTE SUPERIOR, LOS LADOS DEL APARATO Y EL DEFLECTOR DE MATERIAL INCOMBUSTIBLE
DE LA CAMPANA, SE ENCUENTRE CONSTANTEMENTE VENTILADO.
Por esta razón, es necesario preparar una entrada de aire desde abajo (entrada de aire fresco) y una salida alta (salida de aire caliente).
Cada una de estas aperturas, debe estar libre y no poder obturarse, con una supercie mínima de al menos 3 dm2 (por ejemplo, rejilla de 30
x 10cm).
Por lo tanto se obtiene:
• mayor seguridad
• un aumento del calor producido por la circulación de aire alrededor del aparato.
• un mejor funcionamiento del aparato
La rejilla de purga del calor (Figura 7 pos. 6 - Figura 13) debe ser instalada en la parte superior de la campana a 20 cm
aproximadamente desde el techo. ESTA DEBE SER SIEMPRE INSTALADA PORQUE SU FUNCIÓN CONSISTE EN DEJAR QUE EL
CALOR, QUE SE HA ACUMULADO EN LA CAMPANA SOBREPRESIÓN, SE DISPERSE EN EL LOCAL.
VENTILACIÓN Y AIREACIÓN DE LOS LOCALES DE INSTALACIÓN
CONSIDERANDO QUE EL PRODUCTO TOMA EL AIRE DE COMBUSTIÓN DEL LOCAL DONDE HAN SIDO INSTALADAS, ES OBLIGATORIO QUE
EN EL LUGAR MISMO ENTRE UNA CANTIDAD DE AIRE SUFICIENTE. EN EL CASO DE VENTANAS Y PUERTAS HERMÉTICAS POR EJEMPLO:
CASAS CONSTRUIDAS SIGUIENDO EL CRITERIO DE AHORRO ENERGÉTICO, ES POSIBLE QUE EL INGRESO DE AIRE FRESCO NO ESTÉ
GARANTIZADO, Y ELLO COMPROMETE EL TIRAJE DEL APARATO, SU PROPIO BIENESTAR Y SU PROPIA SEGURIDAD.
IMPORTANTE:Para un mejor bienestar y para la relativa oxigenación del ambiente, el aire de combustión se puede extraer directamente
desde el exterior mediante un racor de conexión a un tubo exible. El tubo de conexión (NO suministrado) debe ser liso y tener un diámetro
mínimo de Figura 11, una longitud máxima de 4 m y no tener más de tres curvas. Si se conecta directamente con el exterior, el tubo debe
poseer un cortaviento.
PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO CORRECTO DEL APARATO ES OBLIGATORIO INTRODUCIR EN EL LUGAR DE INSTALACIÓN SUFICIENTE AIRE
PARA LA COMBUSTIÓN Y LA REOXIGENACIÓN DEL AMBIENTE.
Esto quiere decir que, a través de correspondientes aperturas comunicantes con el exterior, debe poder circular aire para la combustión
también con las puertas y las ventanas cerradas.
Las tomas de aire deben satisfacer los requisitos siguientes:
• ESTAR PROTEGIDAS CON REJILLAS, REDES METÁLICAS, ETC., SIN REDUCIR SU SECCIÓN NETA;
• ESTAR REALIZADAS DE FORMA TAL QUE SEAN POSIBLES LAS OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO;
• COLOCADAS DE MANERA TAL QUE NO PUEDAN SER OBSTRUIDAS;
• SI EN EL LOCAL EN EL QUE HA SIDO INSTALADO EL APARATO, ESTÁN PRESENTES CAPAS DE ASPIRACIÓN, ÉSTAS NO DEBEN FUNCIONAR
SIMULTÁNEAMENTE. De hecho estas pueden causar la salida de humos en los locales, aunque la puerta del hogar esté cerrada.
La auencia de aire puro y no contaminado se puede obtener también desde un local adyacente al de la instalación (aireación y ventilación
indirecta), siempre que este ujo pueda realizarse libremente mediante aberturas permanentes que comuniquen con el exterior.
EL LOCAL ADYACENTE NO PUEDE ESTAR DESTINADO A GARAJE, ALMACÉN DE MATERIAL COMBUSTIBLE NI A ACTIVIDADES CON PELIGRO
DE INCENDIO, BAÑO, DORMITORIO O LOCAL COMÚN DEL INMUEBLE.
La ventilación se considera suciente cuando el local tiene tomas de aire en base a la tabla:

SE PROHÍBE LA INSTALACIÓN DENTRO DE LOCALES CON PELIGRO DE INCENDIO. ADEMÁS, SE PROHÍBE LA INSTALACIÓN
DENTRO DE LOCALES DE VIVIENDA EN LOS QUE LA DEPRESIÓN MEDIDA EN OBRA ENTRE AMBIENTE EXTERNO E INTERNO SEA
MAYOR QUE 4 PA  REFERENCIA PARA ITALIA SEGÚN LA NORMATIVA UNI10683.
SE DEBEN RESPETAR TODAS LAS LEYES Y LAS NORMATIVAS NACIONALES, REGIONALES, PROVINCIALES Y MUNICIPALES PRESENTES EN EL
PAÍS EN EL QUE SE INSTALE EL EQUIPO.
