IMPORTANTE: CON L’UTILIZZO DI TUBI METALLICI È INDISPENSABILE CHE QUESTI SIANO ISOLATI CON MATERIALI IDONEI
RIVESTIMENTI IN FIBRA ISOLANTE RESISTENTE FINO A 600° C AL FINE DI EVITARE DETERIORAMENTI DELLE MURATURE O
DELLA CONTRO CAPPA.
Prima di posizionare l’inserto nel caminetto preesistente è indispensabile chiudere la parte alta interna del camino servendosi
di una lamiera (opportunamente preforata) o di altro materiale ignifugo che possa sopportare senza danno una temperatura
elevatissima. (v. Figura 7 pos. 1 Inserti - Figura 13)
ARIA PER LA COMBUSTIONE
E’ INDISPENSABILE CHE LO SPAZIO COMPRESO TRA LA PARTE SUPERIORE, I LATI DELL’APPARECCHIO ED IL DEFLETTORE DI MATERIALE
INCOMBUSTIBILE DELLA CAPPA, SIA COSTANTEMENTE VENTILATO.
Bisogna per questo motivo consentire un’entrata di aria dal basso (entrata di aria fresca) ed un’uscita alta (uscita d’aria calda).
Ciascuna di queste aperture deve essere libera e non otturabile, con una supercie minima di almeno 3 dm2 (esempio griglia di 30x10 cm).
Si otterrà quindi:
• una maggiore sicurezza
• un aumento del calore creato dalla circolazione d’aria attorno all’apparecchio.
• un migliore funzionamento dell’apparecchio
La griglia di sato calore (Figura 7 pos. 6 - Figura 13) va installata sulla parte superiore della cappa a circa 20 cm dal sotto.
QUESTA DEVE SEMPRE ESSERE INSTALLATA IN QUANTO LA SUA FUNZIONE È QUELLA DI LASCIARE FUORIUSCIRE NEL LOCALE
IL CALORE ACCUMULATO ALL’INTERNO DELLA CAPPA SOVRAPRESSIONE.
VENTILAZIONE ED AERAZIONE DEI LOCALI DI INSTALLAZIONE
POICHÉ QUESTI PRODOTTI RICAVANO L’ARIA DI COMBUSTIONE DAL LOCALE DI INSTALLAZIONE, È OBBLIGATORIO CHE NEL LUOGO STESSO
VENGA IMMESSA UNA SUFFICIENTE QUANTITÀ D’ARIA. IN CASO DI FINESTRE E PORTE A TENUTA STAGNA (ES. CASE COSTRUITE CON IL
CRITERIO DI RISPARMIO ENERGETICO) È POSSIBILE CHE L’INGRESSO DI ARIA FRESCA NON VENGA PIÙ GARANTITO E QUESTO COMPROMETTE
IL TIRAGGIO DELL’APPARECCHIO, IL VOSTRO BENESSERE E LA VOSTRA SICUREZZA.
IMPORTANTE: Per un miglior benessere e relativa ossigenazione dell’ambiente, l’aria di combustione può essere prelevata direttamente
dall’esterno da un raccordo di collegamento ad un tubo essibile. Il tubo di collegamento (NON fornito) deve essere liscio con un diametro
minimo di Figura 11, dovrà avere una lunghezza massima di 4 m e presentare non più di tre curve. Qualora questo sia collegato direttamente
con l’esterno deve essere dotato di un apposito frangivento.
PER UN BUON FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO È OBBLIGATORIO CHE NEL LUOGO D’INSTALLAZIONE VENGA IMMESSA SUFFICIENTE
ARIA PER LA COMBUSTIONE E LA RIOSSIGENAZIONE DELL’AMBIENTE STESSO.
Ciò signica che, attraverso apposite aperture comunicanti con l’esterno, deve poter circolare aria per la combustione anche a porte e nestre
chiuse.
Le prese d’aria devono soddisfare i requisiti seguenti:
• ESSERE PROTETTE MEDIANTE GRIGLIE, RETI METALLICHE, ECC., SENZA RIDURNE, PERALTRO, LA SEZIONE UTILE NETTA;
• ESSERE REALIZZATE IN MODO DA RENDERE POSSIBILI LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE;
• POSIZIONATE IN MANIERA TALE DA NON POTER ESSERE OSTRUITE;
• SE NEL LOCALE DI INSTALLAZIONE DELL’APPARECCHIO FOSSERO PRESENTI DELLE CAPPE DI ASPIRAZIONE, QUESTE NON DEVONO ESSERE
FATTE FUNZIONARE CONTEMPORANEAMENTE. Queste, infatti, possono provocare l’uscita di fumi nel locale, anche con la porta del
focolare chiusa.
L’ausso dell’aria pulita e non contaminata può essere ottenuto anche da un locale adiacente a quello di installazione ( aereazione e
ventilazione indiretta) purché tale usso possa avvenire liberamente attraverso aperture permanenti comunicanti con l’esterno.
IL LOCALE ADIACENTE NON PUÒ ESSERE ADIBITO AD AUTORIMESSA, MAGAZZINO DI MATERIALE COMBUSTIBILE NÉ COMUNQUE AD ATTIVITÀ
CON PERICOLO INCENDIO, BAGNO, CAMERA DA LETTO O LOCALE COMUNE DELL’ IMMOBILE.
La ventilazione si ritiene suciente quando il locale è provvisto di prese d’aria in base alla tabella:

E’ NECESSARIO ATTENERSI A TUTTE LE LEGGI E LE NORMATIVE NAZIONALI, REGIONALI, PROVINCIALI E COMUNALI PRESENTE NEL PAESE IN CUI
È STATO INSTALLATO L’APPARECCHIO.
