• dans tous les cas, le tronçon horizontal ne devra jamais dépasser 2 m (UNI 10683-2005);
• chaque coude du canal de la fumée réduit sensiblement le tirage du tuyau d'évacuation des fumées, ce qu'il
faudra compenser en l'élevant adéquatement;
• la Norme UNI 10683-2005 – ITALIE prévoit que les coudes et les variations de direction ne doivent en aucun
cas dépasser le nombre de 2, y compris l'introduction dans le tuyau d'évacuation des fumées.
Si on souhaite utiliser le tuyau d'évacuation des fumées d'une cheminée ou d'un foyer ouvert, il faudra fermer
hermétiquement la hotte au-dessous du point d'entrée du canal de fumée (Pos. A Figure 9).
Si le tuyau d'évacuation des fumées est trop grand (par ex. cm 30 x 40 ou 40 x 50), il faut y insérer un tuyau
supplémentaire en acier inox d'un diamètre minimum de 200 mm, Pos. B, en ayant soin de bien fermer l'espace
restant entre le tuyau lui-même et le tuyau d'évacuation des fumées immédiatement en dessous du terminal de
cheminée Pos. C.
