HET APPARAAT OP EEN ANDERE GASSOORT OMBOUWEN
Alvorens onderhoud aan het apparaat te gaan plegen, moet de gas- en de stroomtoevoer uitgeschakeld worden.
- DE INSPUITERS VERVANGEN OM HET APPARAAT OP EEN ANDERE GASSOORT TE LATEN FUNCTIONEREN:
Om de inspuiters van de branders te vervangen moet u als volgt te werk gaan:
1) De stekker uit het stopkontakt halen zodat er geen elektrisch kontakt mogelijk is.
2) De roosters verwijderen (fig.7A-7B)
3) De branders verwijderen (fig.7A-7B)
4) Draai de inspuiters met behulp van een Engelse sleutel van 7 mm los en vervang ze door de inspuiters
die voor de andere gassoort (fig.8) worden voorgeschreven zoals vermeld in onderstaande TABEL NR 1 voor
de fornuizen M6/M6V en tabel nr. 2 voor de fornuizen M9/M9V vervangen worden.
Handel als volgt om de straalbuis van de brander van de oven te vervangen:
1) Verwijder de ovenplaat (fig. 9A-9B).
2) Draai de schroeven V los en neem de brander uit de steun. Let er daarbij op de ontsteker en het thermokoppel niet te
beschadigen (fig. 10- 11).
3) Met een zeskantpijpsleutel van 10 mm (fornuizen M6/M6V) of 7 mm (fornuizen M9/M9V) moet het inspuitstuk R door
het inspuitstuk dat voor de nieuwe gassoort bepaald is zoals blijkt uit tabel nr. 1 voor de fornuizen M6/M6V en tabel nr. 2
voor de fornuizen M9/M9V vervangen worden.
Handel als volgt om de straalbuis van de brander van de grill te vervangen:
1) Draai de schroeven van het steunplaatje van de brander van de grill los en haal de brander eruit. Let er daarbij op de
ontsteker en het thermokoppel niet te beschadigen (fig. 12).
2) Vervang de straalbuis C (fig. 12) met een inbussleutel voor buizen van 7 mm met een straalbuis die geschikt is voor
het nieuwe gassoort zoals aangegeven in tabel Nr. 2.
LET OP: Na het vervangen van bovenstaande onderdelen, dient de technicus over te gaan op het instellen van
de branders, zoals beschreven in de volgende paragraaf. Bovendien dient hij eventuele (vooraf) regelbare
organen te verzegelen en het bestaande etiket op het apparaat met een nieuw etiket te vervangen, dat
overeenkomt met de nieuwe regeling van het gas. Dit etiket kunt u vinden in het zakje met de reservebranders.
