Copies

Used to determine the number of identical copies to print.

Used to print all the copies of a given label together.

The opposite of the previous option, used to print as

many identical series of labels as required (for example

to reproduce a standard filing plan).

Sheets

Used to print incomplete sheets.

Complete sheets

This option indicates that you will use only complete

sheets of labels. If your printer permits, you can print all

the labels in one operation.

Partial sheets

This function, exclusive to ™, enables you to

reuse sheets of labels which have already been partly

used, regardless of the type of label (sheets for

suspension files or self-adhesive sheets). To re-use a

partial sheet, indicate the number of labels remaining on

the sheet. The first page is printed then a window asks

the same question for the next sheet.
