Each line corresponds to one label.

If you use sheets with

several labels side by side, they are entered one above

another, and ™ positions the labels in the right

direction on the sheet.

The possible actions affecting labels are described in the

Actions on labels section.

Each column corresponds to one zone on the label. Splitting

the label into columns makes it easier to align the text

segments, keep the presentation uniform and use colour codes

effectively.

Actions on columns section.

Moving around the cells

You can move around the table in several ways:

• Access a cell by clicking on the left mouse button.

• Move to an adjacent cell with one of the arrow keys (up /

down / left / right). It is not possible to move outside the

bounds of the table, except that moving downwards

automatically creates new lines if necessary.

• Move to the next / previous cell in the usual order for writing

text (at the end of the line the cursor moves to the start of

the next line, creating a new label if necessary).

• The Home key moves to the first cell in a label.

• The End key moves to the last cell in a label.

• The Ctrl + Home keys move to the first cell of the first label.

• The Ctrl + End keys move to the last cell of the last label.

• The Return key acts like the down arrow key.
