ONDERHOUD
Banden
Voorkom een ongeluk als gevolg van slechte banden door
de volgende aanwijzingen op te volgen: De banden van uw
scooter vormen de belangrijkste verbinding tussen uw
scooter en het wegdek. Uw veiligheid en die van uw
passagier hangen af van de toestand van de banden van
uw scooter. Volg deze instructies op:
Controleer de toestand en de spanning van de
banden vóór elke rit. Stel de bandspanning zo
nodig bij.
Overlaad uw scooter niet.
Vervang een band als deze tot het slijtage-
indicatiemerkje versleten is of als de band
beschadigd is (sneden of scheurtjes).
Gebruik altijd de maat en het type banden die in
deze gebruikshandleiding worden gegeven.
Lijn het wiel uit nadat de band is geplaatst.
Lees dit hoofdstuk in de gebruikshandleiding
zorgvuldig.
Nalaten om de banden in te rijden kan slippen tot gevolg
hebben, waardoor u de macht over het stuur kunt
verliezen.
Wees extra voorzichtig als u op nieuwe banden rijdt omdat
deze minder grip op de weg hebben. Rijd uw banden op de
juiste wijze in, zoals beschreven wordt in het betreffende
deel van deze handleiding. Vermijd hard optrekken,
scherpe bochten maken en hard remmen gedurende de
eerste 160 km.
N.B.: Controleer de bandspanning en het
bandprofiel op de momenten die in het
periodieke onderhoudsschema staan
aangegeven. Voor een optimale veiligheid en
een lange levensduur van de banden dient
de bandspanning vaker gecontroleerd te
worden.
Bandspanning
Onvoldoende luchtdruk in de banden versnelt niet alleen
de bandslijtage, maar heeft ook een negatief effect op
de stabiliteit van uw scooter. Met banden die niet hard
genoeg zijn opgepompt is het moeilijk om soepele
bochten te maken. Banden die te hard zijn opgepompt,
hebben minder contact met het wegdek waardoor de
scooter kan slippen en u de macht over het stuur kunt
verliezen. Zorg dat de bandspanning altijd binnen de
gespecificeerde waarden blijft.
N.B.: Bijstellen van de bandspanning dient
alleen te geschieden als de banden koud
zijn.
Band voor (alleen bestuurder): 1.75 bar
Band achter (alleen bestuurder): 2.0 bar
Band voor (bestuurder met passagier): 1.75 bar
Band achter (bestuurder met passagier): 2.25 bar

      This manual is in English.

      The DASHBOARD PANEL facing the driver should be removed FIRST. Then you can remove FRONT DASHBOARD.
      The LOWER (around the knees) PANEL is not interconnected with anything else.

      Undo DASH REAR screws at bottom of panel. STORE CAREFULLY. Then using a FLAT PLASTIC 2cm "BLADE" insert carefully between the rear edge of the Front Dashboard section and the Rear Dashboard.

      There are many Kymco YouTube videos - just search using KYMCO LIKE.

      WARNING: Kymco uses garbage quality plastic that breaks easily. Using a hair dryer to warm the plastic (NOT HOT) makes the plastic easier to remove. (I like KYMCO but the plastics on the LIKE II are pure junk and require care.
