(8) VRIJE SLAG VAN DE REMHEVELS: CONTROLE EN AFSTELLING
De vrije slag van de remhevels moet afgesteld worden met de
remhevelstelmoeren.
Daartoe haalt u de hevel volledig aan. Vervolgens controleert u of de
vrije slag binnen de gespecificeerde waarden ligt (1 –2 cm).
(9) CONTROLE VAN DE REMSCHOENEN
Als bij een volledig ingeknepen remhevel het slijtage-indicatiemerkje “>”op de
remschoen en dat op de remplaat “>”op één lijn liggen, dan wil dit zeggen dat
de remschoen versleten is.
Ga naar uw erkende KYMCO-dealer of –onderhoudswerkplaats voor
vervanging van de remschoen.
Remschoen onderhoudsgrens:
voorwiel achterwiel
WAARSCHUWING!
Zorg ervoor dat de uitsparing op de afstelmoer om
de remarmpin
valt
nadat u de vrije slag definitief correct heeft afgesteld. Hiermee
worden gevaarlijke situaties en ongelukken voorkomen.
LET OP
!
Een remschoen zal sneller v
erslijten als tijdens het rijden de remhevels
continu licht worden aangehaald.
