Reinigung und Pflege

Der Brenner muß von Rückständen regelmä-

ßig gereinigt werden. Dazu folgendermaßen

vorgehen:

• Brennerdeckel hochklappen.

• Brennerringe herausnehmen.

• Zugumlenkung nach vorne klappen.

• Innenmantel und Brennertopf reinigen.

• Rückstände entfernen. Dabei beachten,

daß die Luftaustrittsöffnungen im Brenner

offen bleiben. Gegebenenfalls mit einem

Draht durchstoßen.

• Brennerringe und Zugumlenkung wieder

richtig einsetzen. Bei den Brennerringen

auf die Kennzeichnung achten und richtig

einlegen.

• Rauchrohrleitung überprüfen. Ist der unge-

hinderte Abzug der Rauchgase möglich?

• Etwaige Rußansätze sind zu beseitigen.

Nach mehreren Heizperioden oder nach

länger andauernder Betriebsdauer kann ei-

ne Störung durch Verstopfung des Ölein-

laufes im Brenner hervorgerufen werden.

• Der Beistellherd besitzt am Brenneran-

schlußstück einen Verschlußstopfen, der

die Reinigung des Öleinlaufes im Brenner

erleichtert. Den Verschlußstopfen mit ei-

nem Schraubenschlüssel 14mm lösen und

abnehmen. (Abb. 17)

• Mit einem Schraubendreher oder Draht

kann der Öleinlauf von eventuell festgeba-

ckener Ölkohle freigestoßen werden.

Nach diesem Vorgang wird der Verschluß-

stopfen wieder aufgeschraubt und fest an-

gezogen.
