Lachs an Brokkoliröschen und Reis
Zutaten Zubereitung
(für 4 Personen)
4 Stück Lachsfilets, TK
500 g Brokkoli
250 g Basmatireis
Nach Geschmack: Salz
1. Reis mit Salz in eine hitzebeständige Form geben, nach Anleitung die Menge Wasser
hinzugeben und umrühren. Die Form auf das Rost in die 3. Ebene stellen. Das
ungelochte Blech in die 1. Ebene einschieben.
2. Funktion dämpfen 100°C wählen und 15 Minuten einschalten.
3. Lachsfilets etwas antauen lassen und auf eine Hälfte des gelochten Blechs geben.
4. Brokkoli waschen und in Röschen teilen und neben dem Lachs auf die freie Hälfte des
gelochten Bleches geben.
5. Nach 15 Minuten, das gelochte Blech mit Brokkoli und dem Lachs in die 2. Ebene
einschieben und weitere 15 Minuten Dämpfen.
6. Direkt servieren.
