I have a compact oven EEBK 6550.8. When I am using my oven, : 2033

I have a compact oven EEBK 6550.8. When I am using my oven, quite often (not every time), when I open the oven door, the oven goes off and flashes a code V0. 00, then returns to the clock at 12.00. I have to switch the oven back on and reset the time on the clock. Is there a way to stop this happening? Many thanks
