If the room where the
cooker hood is to be used
contains a fuel burning
appliance such as a central
heating boiler then this
must be of the room
sealed or balanced flue
type.
If other types of flue or
appliance are fitted ensure
that there is an adequate
supply of air to the room.
The cooker hood in fact
could extract the air which
is needed for burning.
When the cooker hood and
appliances supplied with
energy other than
electricity are
simultaneously in
operation the negative
pressure in the room must
not exceed 0,04 mbar in
order to avoid a return of
the gaz emissions.
This is possible through
openings in doors,
windows, or air inlet valves
allowing fresh air to enter
the kitchen.
In any case, in connection
with the discharge of
exhaust air, the
requirements of the
authorities concerned have
to be observed.

Ciò può essere raggiunto
nei casi in cui l'aria riesce
ad affluire da aperture non
chiudibili praticate in porte,
finestre o da valvole di
aerazione.
In ogni caso, per la
versione aspirante, sono
da rispettare le prescrizioni
delle autorità competenti.

Das kann erreicht
werden, wenn durch
nicht verschließbare
Offnungen, z.B. in Türen,
Fenstern, Zuluft-Abluft-
Mauerkasten o.ä. die
Verbrennungsluft
nachströmen kann.
In jedem Fall sind die
behördlichen
Vorschriften zu
beachten.
Indien in hetzelfde
vertrek naast de
wasemkap andere, niet
elektrische apparaten
worden gebruikt
(bijvoorbeeld apparaten
die op gas werken), moet
men voor voldoende
luchtaanvoer gezorgd
worden, anders kan een
werkende wasemkap
teveel lucht innemen, die
gewoonlijk door
gaswerktuigen wordt
gebruik.
Om geen gevaar te
lopen, moet de hoogste
depressie van het vertrek
niet hoger dan 0,04
m.bar zijn, om een
gasaanvoer te vermijden.
Dat kan uitgevoerd
worden als de
buitenlucht in het vertrek
door bepaalde deur-en
venstergaten of
ventilatiekleppen
binnenkomt.
In ieder geval, voor de
afvoeraansluiting,
moeten de voorschriften
van deskundige vaklui
streng in acht genomen
worden.
