Grillfisch mit süss-saurer Rohkost
pro Person: 200 g Schnitte festfleischigen Fisch (Lachs, Thun- oder Schwertfisch)
1 EL Öl
2 EL Zitronensaft
1 Msp. Currypulver
200 g Zucchini
100 g Heidelbeeren
1 Apfel
1 TL milder Senf
100 g Joghurt
1 EL Kaltpressöl
Salz u. Pfeffer
Zubereitung: Die Fischschnitte mit kaltem Wasser abwaschen, trockentupfen,
Zitronensaft mit Öl, etwas Salz und Curry vermischen, den Fisch damit
bestreichen und im Kühlschrank mindestens 1 Stunde marinieren.
Inzwischen die Zucchini und den Apfel waschen, schälen und raspeln. Mit
den Heidelbeeren mischen, Senf mit Joghurt, Kaltpressöl, Salz und Pfeffer
cremig rühren, unter die Rohkost ziehen. Den Grill leicht mit Öl bepinseln
und ca. 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze grillen.
Gemüse
....mit Gewürzsauce
Zutaten für
6 Personen: ca. 1 - 1 1/2 kg Gemüse (Paprika, Zucchini, Karotten, etc.)
verschiedene Saucen zum Dippen
Zubereitung: Schneiden Sie das Gemüse mundgerecht in kleine Stücke oder Scheiben
und kurz auf dem Grill garen; mit den verschiedenen Saucen servieren.
Dazu reicht man Reis.
