CONSEJOS ÚTILES
Se recomienda usar solo café recién tostado. Consulte con su tostador de café para que
le aconseje. La frescura del café solo dura unas semanas después del tostado. Un buen
envasado mejora y prolonga el aroma del café. Si no tiene certeza sobre la calidad del
embalaje, seleccione un café recién tostado.
El café se debe moler siempre justo antes de prepararse.
¿Qué café debe elegir?
Si desea un café aromático
Elija cafés Arábica puros, o aquellos que contienen la mayor parte de café Arábica.
Es preferible usar cafés tostados de modo artesanal ya que poseen una mejor complejidad
y delicadeza de aromas. Si desea variedad de aromas, pruebe cafés de origen puro.
Si desea un café intenso
Seleccione cafés mezclados con Robusta - no 100% Arábica en particular - cafés tostados
italianos, o cafés especícos con aroma italiano.
Mantenga el café molido en el frigoríco para que su aroma dure más tiempo.
No llene el soporte del ltro hasta el borde; use la cuchara medidora (1 cucharada por
cada taza de 50 ml, 2 cucharadas por cada 2 tazas de 50 ml). Limpie el exceso de café
del borde del soporte del ltro.
Si no ha utilizado la cafetera por más de 5 días, vacíe y enjuague el depósito del agua.
Antes de retirar el depósito del agua para llenarlo o vaciarlo, verique siempre que la
cafetera está apagada.
Coloque siempre la cafetera sobre supercies rmes y niveladas.
