1 gałka lodów waniliowych

2 łyżeczki syropu karmelowego

1 łyżeczka wiórków czekoladowych

dopełnić mleczną pianką

Przygotować gorącą mleczną piankę. Dodać syrop

karmelowy do pianki i odstawić. Przygotować dwie kawy

espresso w ﬁliżance i wlać je do zimnej szklanki (350 ml).

Szybko dodać gałkę lodów i dopełnić gorącą mleczną

pianką. Udekorować wiórkami czekoladowymi.

Приготовьте горячую молочную пену, добавьте в неё

карамельный сироп и отставьте. Приготовьте два

эспрессо и перелейте их в охлажденный высокий бокал

(350 мл). Быстро добавьте шарик мороженого, украсьте

сверху горячей молочной пеной и шоколадной

крошкой.

ХОЛОДНЫЙ ВАНИЛЬНОКАРАМЕЛЬНЫЙ КОФЕ/

Υλικά:

2 κάψουλες espresso Volluto

1 μπάλα παγωτό βανίλια

2 κουταλάκια του γλυκού σιρόπι καραμέλα

1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού τρίμμα σοκολάτας

Συμπλήρωμα με αφρό γάλακτος

Ετοιμάστε ζεστό αφρό γάλακτος, προσθέστε το

σιρόπι καραμέλα, και αφήστε το να «ξεκουραστεί».

Ετοιμάστε δύο καφέδες espresso σε μία κούπα κι

έπειτα βάλτε τους σε ένα κρύο ποτήρι (350ml).

Προσθέστε αμέσως την μπάλα παγωτού και

απογεμίστε με τον ζεστό αφρό γάλακτος.

∆ιακοσμείστε με την τριμμένη σοκολάτα.
