Vanlige vafler
En uunnværlig oppskrift for tykke og deilige vafler.
Termostaten i posisjon 4 eller 5 (avhengig av ønsket stekeresultat).
Steketid: ca. 3 til 4 min (avhengig av ønsket bruning).
For ca. 12 vafler
Ingredienser:
- 300 g sukker
- 10 g bakepulver
- 1 klype salt
- 75 g sukker
- 100 g smør
- 2 egg
- 5 dl melk
Bland mel og bakepulver i en stor bolle.
Lag et hull i midten av blandingen, og tilsett salt, sukker, smeltet smør og de hele eggene.
Hell i melken gradvis.
La røren hvile i 1 time, og hell deretter røren i vaffeljernet med øsen (g): mengden deig
må ikke overskride separasjonslinjen mellom stekemerkene. (fig. 10)
Lukk vaffeljernet og stek i anbefalt tid.
Vaflene bør være godt brunet. Deretter plasseres de på et serveringsfat og nytes drysset
med melis.
Smeltet sjokolade, pisket krem, syltetøy, en kule iskrem eller jordbær er det perfekte
tilbehøret til vaflene - alt etter smak og behag.
