Sbattere i tuorli d’uovo. Aggiungere progressivamente gli altri ingredienti e terminare con i
bianchi montati a neve. Preparare la pasta e metterla nel frigorifero.
Cialde a spugna
Una scorza di limone per deliziose cialde.
Per 10 cialde
Tempi di cottura : da 3 min a 3 min 30 circa
5 tuorli d’uovo, 5 cucchiai d’acqua calda, 100 g di zucchero, la scorza di un limone, 150 g
di farina, ½ cucchiaino di lievito chimico, 5 bianchi d’uovo.
Sbattere i tuorli d’uovo, l’acqua, lo zucchero e la scorza grattugiata di limone. Mescolare
la farina ed il lievito ed aggiungere gli altri ingredienti. Montare i bianchi d’uovo a neve ed
incorporarli nel preparato.
Cialde alla vaniglia
Una delizia esotica alla vaniglia.
Per 14 cialde
Tempi di cottura : da 3 min a 4 min circa
200 g di burro, 50 g di zucchero, 1 spicchio di vaniglia o 2 bustine di vaniglia, un pizzico di
sale, 6 uova, 300 g di farina, 2 cucchiaini di lievito chimico, ¼ di litro di latte, 1 cucchiaino
di rum.
Battere il burro, lo zucchero, la vaniglia ed il sale. Mescolare la farina ed il lievito ed
aggiungere progressivamente il latte e le uova, poi incorporare il rum.
Cialde al formaggio
Ideali per l’aperitivo!
Per 20 cialde
Tempi di cottura : da 4 min a 4 min 30 circa
100 g di burro, 8 tuorli d’uovo, ½ cucchiaino di sale, 500 g di farina, ½ cucchiaino di lievito
chimico, 50 g di Parmigiano grattugiato, ½ litro d’acqua, 8 bianchi d’uovo.
Battere il burro. Mescolare la farina ed il lievito. Aggiungere uno dopo l’altro i tuorli d’uovo, il
sale, la farina, il formaggio e l’acqua. In seguito, incorporare i bianchi d’uovo montati a neve.
