Ihr Gerät enthält zahlreiche wieder verwertbare oder recycelbare
Materialien.
Geben Sie es deshalb bitte bei einer Sammelstelle ihrer Stadt oder
Gemeinde ab.
Klassische Waffeln
Waffeln als köstliche Gaumenfreude.
Ergibt 16 Waffeln
Backzeit: 3 Min. 30 Sek.
300 g Mehl, 10 g Backpulver, 1 Prise Salz, 75 g Zucker, 100 g zerlassene Butter, 2 Eier,
½Liter Milch
Mehl und Backpulver in einer Schüssel vermischen. In der Mitte eine Mulde bilden und das
Salz, den Zucker, die zerlassene Butter und die Eier hineingeben. Unter Rühren nach und
nach die Milch dazugießen. Den Teig 1 Stunde lang stehen lassen.
Dünne Waffeln
Genuss pur!
Ergibt 12 Waffeln
Backzeit: ca. 3 Min. bis 3 Min. 30 Sek.
300 g Mehl, 1 Beutel Backpulver, 1 Prise Salz, 1 Esslöffel Zucker, 2 Eier, 400 ml Milch.
Die Eier schaumig rühren. Die anderen Zutaten hinzugeben und den Teig so lange verquirlen,
bis er glatt ist.
Belgische Waffeln

Backzeit: ca. 4 Min. bis 4 Min. 30 Sek.
5 Eier, 1 Päckchen Backpulver, 300 g Mehl, 300 g Zucker, 300 g Butter.
Die Butter weich werden lassen. Das Mehl, den Zucker und das Backpulver miteinander
vermischen. Die weiche Butter und die Eier hinzugeben. Gut verrühren.
