Er komt geen bier
uit.
THE SUB is uitgeschakeld. Sluit het apparaat aan op de
voeding.
THE TORP is leeg. Vervang THE TORP door een
nieuwe.
Er bevindt zicg geen THE TORP
in THE SUB.
Installeer een TORP in THE SUB.
De taphendel is niet correct
geïnstalleerd / geplaatst.
Installeer/plaats de kraan
correct.
Er is niet genoeg druk in THE
TORP.
Open de deur en druk THE
TORP achteruit THE SUB.
Vervolgens hoort u de pomp.
1 Als de pomp werkt: er is een
probleem met THE TORP.
Installeer een nieuwe TORP in
THE SUB.
2 Als de pomp niet werkt: het
heeft een defect. Neem
contact op met de
klantenservice van KRUPS.
THE SUB tapt
warm bier.
THE SUB is niet aangesloten op
de stroomvoorziening.
Sluit THE SUB aan op de
stroomvoorziening.
De deur was niet goed gesloten. Sluit de deur goed.
Het koelsysteem heeft een
defect.
Neem contact op met de
klantenservice van KRUPS.
Er zit ijs in de
koelkamer.
De kamertemperatuur is lager
dan 12°C.
Zet THE SUB in een geschikte
omgeving.
THE SUB heeft te lang gewerkt
zonder een TORP binnenin.
Verwijder het ijs met een warme
spons en plaats een TORP in de
kamer.
De temperatuurregeling kan
defecten hebben.
Neem contact op met de

Er is te veel
schuim.
Het bier is niet koud genoeg. Wacht totdat de temperatuur
indicator groen wordt en serveer
vervolgens het bier.
De taphendel is te langzaam
naar voren getrokken tijdens het
tappen.
Trek de hendel snel naar voren.
