Normas importantes para un buen sellado:
Cuanto mayor sea la presión de sellado, mejor será la juntura.
Al sellar, asegúrese de que las manos cubran la mayor área posible de la
abrazadera de sellado (A) y apriete con tanta fuerza como pueda.
Utilice sólo un material apropiado para las hojas, como por ejemplo las hojas para
congelar de Krups con la referencia N°. 385 A o las hojas para congelar -hervir de
Krups F388. No olvide que el material de ocina, el lm de plástico para envolver, el
papel a prueba de grasa, etc. NO son apropiados.
El aparato está diseñado para el régimen intermitente de 15 / 105 segundos.
Estoquiere decir que se tiene que hacer una pausa de aproximadamente 105
segundos después de 15 segundos de extracción y de sellado a n de evitar
sobrecargar el aparato. Si el aire sale poco a poco, compruebe si la hoja aprieta la
boquilla y si ésta se encuentra correctamente posicionada entre las dos capas de
la hoja. Las bolsas muy poco llenas primero deben acortarse con un par de tijeras
antes de extraerlas y sellarlas.
Mantenga la fuerte presión en la abrazadera de sellado (A) hasta que el indicador
de control de sellado se apague.
Mantenga limpio el alambre de sellado. Si fuese necesario, elimine cualquier tipo
de residuo realizando una operación de sellado sin utilizar ninguna hoja.
Las bolsas de mayor tamaño deben ser selladas en dos fases: primero se debe
practicar una juntura oblicua en un lado de la bolsa; luego, conviene extraerla a
través del agujero que queda y sellarla con otra juntura. (14)
