Regole importanti per la riuscita delle operazioni di saldatura:
Maggiore é la pressione esercitata nella saldatura, migliore é la chiusura.
Durante la saldatura, assicurarsi che le mani coprano l’area più ampia possibile del
dispositivo di chiusura ermetica e spingere verso il basso con tutta la forza possibile.
Utilizzare solo fogli di materiale adatto come l’articolo Krups F388. Materiali da
ufcio, la pellicola che appiccica, carta resistente al grasso NON sono adatti.
L’apparecchio è regolato per un funzionamento intermittente: 15 / 105 secondi.
Dopo 15 secondi di aspirazione e di saldatura si deve rispettare una pausa di circa
105 secondi per evitare di sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Se l’aria é mandata fuori
solo molto lentamente, controllare se il foglio é schiacciato contro il condotto di
estrazione e che il condotto sia posizionato correttamente tra i due strati del foglio.
I sacchetti che vengono riempiti solo poco devono essere tagliati con un paio di
forbici prima dell’estrazione e della saldatura.
Continuare a esercitare una forte pressione sulla chiusura ermetica (A) nché la
spia di saldatura non si spegne.
Mantenere sempre i tubi saldatori in metallo puliti. Se é necessario pulire eventuali
residui facendo le operazioni di saldatura senza usare nessun foglio.
Sacchetti molto grossi devono essere saldati in due fasi: dapprima fare una
chiusura obliqua su un lato del sacchetto, poi estrarre il sacchetto per il lato rimasto
aperto e chiudere con una seconda operazione di saldatura. (14)
