Das Ultrablade-Universalmesser einsetzen. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in den
Behälter geben. 10 Sekunden / Stufe 11 hacken.

Das Messer durch den Misch-/Rühraufsatz ersetzen, Öl hinzufügen und das
Garprogramm P1 einstellen. 5 Minuten / 130°C.

Am Ende des Programms Rindfleisch, Saté-Gewürz, Tomaten, Sojasauce,
Brühe und die angerührte Speisestärke hinzufügen. Mit Pfeffer würzen. Das
Garprogramm P2 einstellen. 55 Minuten / 95°C.
TIPP - Dazu passt Basmati-Reis.
Bananenbrot
100 g BUTTER, IN KLEINEN STÜCKEN 100 g BRAUNER ZUCKER 2 EIER
50 ml SAHNE 220 g MEHL 2 TL BACKPULVER 2 BANANEN (CA. 250 g),
IN STÜCKEN 120 g SCHOKOLADE, IN STÜCKEN
PERSONEN 4-6 ZUBEREITUNG 10 MIN – BACKZEIT 45 MIN

Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen.

Das Knet-/Mahlmesser einsetzen. Butter, Zucker, Eier, Sahne, Mehl und Backpulver
in den Behälter geben. Das Teigprogramm P3 starten.

Die Bananen- und Schokoladenstückchen hinzufügen. 40 Sekunden /
Stufe 6 zerkleinern.

Eine Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen und den Teig einfüllen. 45 Minuten
backen. Zum Ende der Backzeit mit Alufolie abdecken.

Das Bananenbrot abkühlen lassen und aus der Form lösen.
