MAJONESER
PISKET KREM
20 cl øte med 35 % fett. 20 sukker eller 20 melis og 1 ts vaniljesukker.
Råd for å lykkes med ott, fast pisket krem.
Bruk kald øte rett fra kjøleskapet.
Råd for å lykkes med otte, faste piskede majoneser:
- Bruk ingredienser med romtemperatur.
- Rengjør begeret og platen med kaldt vann.
- Overhold mengdene ingredienser angitt i hver oppskrift.
Sett blandeskiven på plass i begeret. Hell i ingrediensene. Lås lokket. La apparatet gå på
kontinuerlig drift i 30 sekunder for å oppnå en øyelsaktig krem eller i ca. 1 minutt for å oppnå
pisket krem.
NB: Sjekk konsistensen på tilberedningen etter 45 sekunder. Hvis du blander for lenge, vil du få smør.
Majones med sennep
Sett blandeskiven på plass i begeret.
Hell i ingrediensene: 1 eggeplomme, 1 spiseskje sennep, 1/2 spiseskje vineddik, salt og pepper, 3
spiseskjeer olje.
Lås lokket. La apparatet gå i 15 sekunder. Hell i ca. 30 ml olje. La det så gå i ca. 20-50 sekunder.
Pannekakerøre
For 4 dl røre:
80 g mel, 2 egg, 1/2 teskje olje, aroma.
Ha alle ingrediensene i begeret og bland til du oppnår en jevn røre, dvs. ca. 10-15 sekunder.
Vaffelrøre (til rkantede belgiske vaer)
80 g mel, 5 g gjær, 1 egg, 120 ml melk, 35 g smeltet smør, 1 spiseskje vaniljesukker.
Løs opp gjæren i litt lunkent vann, ha alle ingrediensene i begeret og bland til røren blir helt jevn,
dvs. ca. 15-20 sekunder, la stå i 1 time.
Majones uten sennep
Gå fram på samme måte som for majones med sennep ved å bytte ut sennep med 3 spiseskjeer
sitronsaft. Hvis du ønsker å øke mengden majones, tilsetter du olje (ca. 30 ml) og lar apparatet gå i
15 sekunder til.
