Myke belgiske vafler
Myke vafler med deilig skorpe
For 16 vafler
Steketid: ca. 5 til 5 ½ min
500 g hvetemel, ½ spiseskje bakepulver, 400g smeltet smør, 400g strøsukker, 200ml melk,
½ pakke vaniljesukker eller ½teskje vaniljeessens, 5egg.
Pisk eggehvitene stive. Pisk eggeplommene godt sammen. Tilsett de øvrige ingrediensene
trinnvis, og ha i de stivpiskede eggehvitene helt til slutt. Denne røren bør aller helst lages
dagen før og oppbevares i kjøleskapet.
Svampaktige vafler
Tilsett sitronskall for å få nydelige vafler.
For 10 vafler
Steketid: ca. 3 til 3 ½ min
5 eggeplommer, 5 spiseskjeer varmt vann, 100 g strøsukker, revet skall fra 1 sitron, 150g
hvetemel, ½teskje bakepulver, 5 eggehviter.
Pisk sammen eggeplommer, vann, sukker og sitronskall. Bland sammen mel og bakepulver,
og tilsett denne blandingen i røren. Pisk eggehvitene stive, og vend dem inn i røren.
Vaniljevafler
En eksotisk vaniljenytelse.
For 14 vafler
Steketid: ca. 3 til 4 min
200 g smør, 50 g strøsukker, 1 vaniljestang eller 1 teskje vaniljeessens, 1 klype salt, 6 egg,
300g hvetemel, 2 teskjeer bakepulver, ¼ liter melk, 1 spiseskje rom.
Rør smør, sukker, vanilje og salt hvitt. Bland mel og bakepulver, og tilsett denne blandingen.
Tilsett melk og egg, og deretter rom.

Ideelle som appetittvekkere!
For 20 vafler
Steketid: ca. 4 til 4 ½ min
100 g smør, 8 eggeplommer, ½ teskje salt, 500 g hvetemel, ½ teskje bakepulver, 50g revet
parmesan, ½ liter vann, 8 eggehviter (stivpiskede).
Rør smøret hvitt og mykt. Bland sammen mel og bakepulver. Tilsett eggeplommer, salt,
hvetemel, ost og vann i den rekkefølgen de er nevnt. Vend inn de stive eggehvitene.
