RECETAS
¡COLABOREMOS CON LA PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO

Puede guardar el aparato en posición vertical para que ocupe menos espacio. Enrolle el
cable en el alojamiento previsto (4).
El aparato contiene numerosos materiales aprovechables o reciclables.
Deposítelo en un punto de recogida para que se lleve a cabo su
tratamiento.
Gofres clásicas
Gofres crujientes.
Para 16 gofres
Tiempo de cocción: aproximadamente 3 ½ minutos.
300 g de harina, 10 g de levadura, sal, 75 g de azúcar, 100 g de mantequilla, 2 huevos,
½litro de leche.
Mezcle la harina y la levadura en un bol. Forme un agujero en el centro y añada la sal, el
azúcar, la mantequilla derretida y los huevos. Añada gradualmente la leche. Deje reposar la
masa durante 1 hora.
Gofres ligeras
Disfrute escogiendo los ingredientes que desee.
Para 12 gofres
Tiempo de cocción: aproximadamente 3 a 3 ½ minutos.
300 g de harina, 1 sobrecito de levadura, 1 pizca de sal, 1 cucharada de azúcar, 2 huevos,
400 ml de leche.
Bata los huevos a punto de nieve. Añada el resto de ingredientes y mezcle bien hasta
obtener una masa suave.
Gofres belgas
Descubra las gofres tal como se preparan en Bélgica.
Para 12 gofres
Tiempo de cocción: aproximadamente 4 a 4 ½ minutos.
5 huevos, 1 sobrecito de levadura, 300 g de harina, 300 g de azúcar, 300 g de mantequilla.
Ablande la mantequilla. Mezcle la harina, el azúcar y la levadura. Añada la mantequilla y los
huevos. Mezcle todo bien.
