Preparazione del macinacaffè
È possibile regolare l’intensità del caffè compiendo una regolazione della nezza di
macinazione dei grani di caffè. Più la regolazione del macinacaffè è ne, più il caffè risulterà,
a priori, forte e cremoso.
Regolare il grado di nezza di macinazione desiderato ruotando l’apposita manopola di
“Regolazione della nezza di macinazione”. Verso sinistra la miscela è più ne. Verso destra
la miscela è più grossa - Fig. 15.
È NECESSARIO CHE LA REGOLAZIONE SIA ESEGUITA ESCLUSIVAMENTE DURANTE
LA MACINAZIONE. NON FORZARE MAI LA MANOPOLA DI REGOLAZIONE DELLA
FINEZZA DI MACINAZIONE.
PREPARAZIONE DI UN CAFFÈ ESPRESSO E DI UN
CAFFÈ LUNGO
QUESTO APPARECCHIO È IDEATO ESCLUSIVAMENTE PER L’UTILIZZO DI CAFFÈ IN
GRANI.
In occasione della preparazione del primo caffè, nonché dopo un lungo periodo di
assenza o in seguito ad una procedura di pulizia o di eliminazione del calcare, è
possibile che un po’ di vapore e di acqua calda fuoriescano dall’ugello del vapore
(auto-innesco).
Nel caso in cui gli ugelli del caffè siano regolati troppo alti rispetto alla dimensione
delle tazze, sussiste il rischio di spruzzi o di ustioni.
Preparazione di un caffè espresso
È necessario che la quantità d’acqua per un caffè espresso sia compresa tra 20 e 70 ml.
Premere il pulsante , la spia luminosa lampeggia durante la fase di preriscaldamento
della macchina. Dopo ogni accensione dell’apparecchio, viene effettuato un ciclo di
inizializzazione.
Viene visualizzato il menu di selezione delle bevande - Fig. 16.
Collocare una tazza sotto gli ugelli del caffè. È possibile abbassare o alzare gli ugelli del
caffè secondo la dimensione della tazza utilizzata. - Fig. 17.
Selezionare la bevanda con la manopola - Fig. 12 e confermare con il tasto OK - Fig. 13.
In qualsiasi momento è possibile regolare il volume dell’acqua con la manopola - Fig. 12.
Per interrompere il ciclo, è possibile premere un tasto oppure diminuire il volume
ruotando la manopola.
Preparazione di un caffè
La quantità d’acqua per un caffè è compresa tra 80 e 160 ml.
Preparazione di un caffè lungo
La quantità d’acqua per un caffè lungo è compresa tra 120 e 240 ml. L’apparecchio effettua
automaticamente un doppio ciclo, non togliere la tazza prima della ne della preparazione.
La miscela viene umidicata con un po’ d’acqua calda in seguito alla fase di macinazione.
Dopo alcuni istanti, prosegue la percolazione propriamente detta.
Una funzione permette di regolare la temperatura del caffè.
