1. Fit the bowl (G) with the pouring spout (G1) positioned slightly to the left, then
push it downwards.
2. Lock the bowl into place by rotating it clockwise.
• To unlock the bowl, rotate it anti-clockwise and then lift gently upwards.
• Place the pulp filter (F) inside the bowl (G).
• Then, slide the cone (E) onto the axle.
• Ensure that the on/off switch / selector knob (J) is in the OFF position before
plugging in your citrus press to the electrical supply.
• You can now plug your citrus press into a power socket.
Operating the press using the control lever
• Raise the control lever (A).
• Place a glass under the pouring spout (G1).
• Cut your citrus fruit in half. (Try to make them as equal in size as
possible.)
• Place your fruit on the cone (E), applying gentle pressure on it.
• Turn the on/off switch / selector knob (J) to the “lever” position.
• Lower the lever (A). The citrus press will start working
automatically.
• Maintain constant pressure.
• Remove your glass.
Pressing by hand
• Lift the lever (A) to the raised position.
• Place a glass under the pouring spout (G1).
• Cut your citrus fruit in half. (Try to make them as equal in size as
possible.)
• Turn the on/off switch / selector knob (J) to the “hand” position.
The cone will start to rotate.
• With your hand, press the fruit onto the cone (E) and maintain
the pressure.
• Remove your glass.
