■ Premere il tasto espresso (9).
Riempire le tazze di acqua calda e premere il
tasto espresso . Togliere il porta filtro.
■ Inserire il filtro per una o due tazze nel
porta filtro (10).
■ Riempire il filtro con uno o due cucchiai
dosatore di caffé espresso (11).
■ Premere leggermente il caffé con il
cucchiaio dosatore in modo che la
quantità di caffé sia distribuita in modo
omogeneo nel filtro (12).
■ Eliminare i residui di caffé dai bordi del
filtro (13).
■ Inserire il porta filtro ed agganciarlo,
girarando a fondo l’impugnatura verso
destra (14).
Mettere una o due tazze da espresso
preriscaldate sotto il porta filtro.
■ Preparare l’espresso premendo il tasto
espresso (15).
■ Quando il caffé desiderato é pronto,
ripremere il tasto espresso , togliere il
porta filtro e gettare la dose di caffé
utilizzata (16).
Un altro caffé espresso può essere
preparato dopo aver riempito nuovamente il
filtro di caffé.
Come ottenere il vapore
Il vapore può essere usato sia per fare la
schiuma per il cappuccino sia per scaldare
dei liquidi.
Dal momento che l'ottenimento del vapore
richiede una temperatura più elevata
rispetto a quella necessaria per preparare
l'espresso, per evitare che il caffé si bruci
occorre preparare prima l'espresso.
A causa della natura del sistema, una piccola
quantità di acqua, che può essere raccola in
un recipiente separato, uscirà dal beccuccio
del vapore prima che quest’ultimo fuoriesca.
Come preparare la schiuma per il
cappuccino
Solo dopo aver preparato l'espresso si può
montare il latte per fare la schiuma per il
cappuccino.
Per ottenere il risultato migliore, é
consigliabile utilizzare l'apposito accessorio.
■ Spingere l'accessorio per fare la schiuma
nel beccuccio del vapore (17).
N. B. QUESTO ACCESSORIO DEVE
ESSERE USATO SOLO PER
PREPARARE LA SCHIUMA.
Versare circa 100 ml di latte magro in una
tazza piccola e stretta con capacità massima
di 0,5 ml e metterla esattamente sotto il
beccucio del vapore o dell'acqua calda.
Il latte deve essere freddo come anche la
tazza. Si consiglia dunque di non lavarla in
acqua calda prima di usarla.
Non appena la spia gialla di controllo si
spegne, mettete un recipiente sotto il
beccuccio del vapore e girate la manopola
fino sulla posizione . Fate scorrere
l’acqua nel recipiente fino all’uscita del
vapore e ruotare la manopola fino alla
posizione .
Dra il latte inizia a formare una densa
schiuma.
Tenere la tazza sotto l'accessorio per fare la
schiuma in modo tale che il beccuccio del
vapore sia immerso completamente nel
latte.
■ Mettere la manopola della valvola in
posizione (18).
Il beccuccio non deve toccare il fondo della
tazza, altrimenti impedirebbe l'uscita del
vapore.
Dopo aver preparato la schiuma mettere la
manopola della valvola in posizione e
togliere la tazza.
Ora, dopo aver messo un contenitore vuoto
sotto il beccuccio del vapore per raccogliere
le gocce residue di latte, mettere di nuovo la
manapola della valvola in posizione 'vapore'
per un momento.
Terminate queste operazioni pulire
l'accessorio per fare la schiuma e anche il
beccuccio del vapore/ acqua calda con uno
straccio umido.
Come scaldare i liquidi
Spostare il beccuccio del vapore.
