After running water through the espresso head twice, we tried to make coffee however now no water is coming out and the machine itself was leaking, I’m now trying to descale the machine but the heat light indicator doesn’t give any indication and when I set it to the cup, no water comes out, hence I can’t descale it because the solution is not coming out (the brewing sieve has already been removed)
