Gebruik

PROGRAMMA KEUZE

Voordat u de computer start, moet u op de knop “program” drukken om een programma naar

keuze te kiezen. Nadat de computer is gestart, kunt u de programma’s niet meer veranderen.

UP/DOWN PIJLEN

Deze knoppen worden gebruikt om uw leeftijd in te stellen of de weerstand in de programma’s

aan te passen, nadat de computer is gestart.

START/STOP

Deze knop start of stopt een computerprogramma. Voordat u start gaat de leeftijdsaanduiding

knipperen. Dit betekent dat u uw leeftijd moet invoeren. Nadat u uw leeftijd en het programma

heeft geselecteerd, moet u op de START/STOP knop drukken om het computerprogramma te

starten.

PAUSE

Om het computerprogramma te onderbreken op elk gewenst tijdstip dient u op deze knop te

drukken. Als u nog een keer op deze knop drukt wordt het programma weer hervat. Tijdens de

pauze periode, zal de computer de afgelegde afstand, de verstreken tijd en het verbrande aantal

calorieën bijhouden en hier mee door gaan als het programma weer wordt hervat.
