Met “Bellen” wordt de oproeper direkt bellen.
Met “Tijdstip” kunt u het tijdstip van de oproep aflezen.
Met “Opslaan” kunt u het telefoonnummer opslaan in uw privé telefoonboek.
Met “Wissen” kunt u het telefoonnummer wissen uit de lijst “Gemiste oproepen”
3.5 Gekozen nummer
U kunt afhankelijk van de programmeringen van de systeembeheerder, bij inkomende oproepen zien
welke lijn binnenkomt. Dit kan handig zijn als u bijvoorbeeld een zakelijk telefoonnummer heeft en een
Privé nummer. Bij een inkomende oproep wordt het telefoonnummer van de oproeper getoond (indien
aanwezig) en u ziet voor welk MSN-nummer er wordt gebeld. In de programmeringen van de Vox
DaVo IP heeft de systeembeheerder in de tabel met MSN-nummers de binnenkomende
telefoonnummers geprogrammeerd. Desgewenst kunt u een naam van 8 karakters toekennen om het
MSN-nummer eenvoudiger te herkennen.

3.6 Groepen
U kunt afhankelijk van de programmeringen van de systeembeheerder gebruik maken van groepen.
Deze groepen bestaan uit meerdere individuele toestellen en kunnen zo een afdeling vormen zoals
bijvoorbeeld verkoop of administratie. Groepen hebben vervolgens weer eigen eigenschappen en
doorschakelmogelijkheden.
3.7 Wachtstand

Als u in gesprek bent, dan ziet het display eruit als de onderstaande afbeelding.
