Vox DaVo 11
De systeembeheerder kan een aantal instellingen programmeren zoals de tijd voordat de automatische
telefoniste het gesprek beantwoord, de tijd wanneer het wachtstandbericht wordt herhaald en voor
welke lijnen de automatische telefoniste de oproep moet beantwoorden. Met onderstaande
programmering kunt u de berichten opnemen en wijzigen.
Voor een uitgebreide beschrijving kunt u kijken in de gebruiksaanwijzing Vox DaVo.
Om in de programmering te komen handelt u als volgt:
1. Druk op “Menu”
2. Blader met “?? ” naar “Autom. Telefoniste” en druk op “Kies”

Nu wordt uw begroeting opgenomen. U ziet de timer lopen en kunt uw begroeting inspreken. Als u
klaar bent met opnemen druk dan op “Stop” Als u de opname wilt onderbreken, druk dan op “Terug”

6. U heeft op “stop” gedrukt en ziet nu onderstaand display:

7. Druk op “Afpelen”.
De timer loopt terug en u hoort de opgenomen begroeting. Als de begroeting naar wens is opgenomen
drukt u op “Opslaan”. Als de begroeting niet naar wens is opgenomen drukt u op “Afwijzen”, u komt
terug in het keuzemenu om de begroeting opnieuw op te nemen.

Let op! Let u er op dat u de begroeting heeft opgeslagen! De optie “Opslaan” krijgt u alléén als u
drukt op “Afspelen”!
