4 Tips bij problemen
4.1 Onderhoud
U kunt de Toulouse schoonmaken met een enigszins vochtige of
anti-statische doek. Gebruik geen wrijfwas of andere chemische
middelen, omdat die het materiaal kunnen aantasten. Houd het
toestel niet onder de kraan.
4.2 Problemen oplossen
Controleer eerst of de handelingen voor het gebruiksklaar maken
van de Toulouse correct zijn uitgevoerd.
Problemen, mogelijke oorzaken en oplossingen
Probleem De geluidsontvangst valt weg.
Oorzaak Er wordt met meer telefoons tegelijk getelefoneerd.
Oplossing Vervolg het gesprek met één telefoon.
Probleem Als u gebeld wordt, hoort u geen belsignaal of een te zacht belsignaal.
Oorzaak (1) Het belsignaal is uitgeschakeld.
Oplossing
Schakel een belsignaal in (zie ook pagina 10, Melodie en volume belsignaal instellen).
Oorzaak (2) Het aansluitmaximum is overschreden.
Oplossing Beperk het aantal toestellen dat u op de buitenlijn hebt aangesloten of gebruik een
huiscentrale van KPN Telecom (zie ook pagina 13, Maximumaantal toestellen).
Probleem Als u de hoorn opneemt, hoort u geen kiestoon.
Oorzaak De Toulouse is niet goed aangesloten op het telefoonnet.
Oplossing Controleer de aansluitingen van het toestelaansluitsnoer (zie ook pagina 7,
Toulouse aansluiten op telefoonnet).
Probleem U kunt niet bellen, maar de kiestoon is wel hoorbaar.
Oorzaak De Toulouse is aangesloten op een pulscentrale. De Toulouse functioneert echter
alleen in combinatie met een tooncentrale (zie ook pagina 13, Soorten centrales).
Oplossing Sluit de telefoon aan op een tooncentrale. Raadpleeg ook de gebruiksaanwijzing
van uw huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Probleem U kunt geen telefoonnummers herhalen.
Oorzaak De Toulouse is aangesloten op een huis- of bedrijfscentrale.
Oplossing Toets bij het herhalen van een telefoonnummer eerst het nummer van de buitenlijn
in, druk vervolgens op (zie ook pagina 14, Telefoonnummer herhalen).
Probleem U kunt geen geheugennummers bellen.
Oorzaak (1) De telefoonstekker van de Toulouse is langer dan 30 minuten uit het telefoonstop-
contact geweest.
Oplossing Programmeer de telefoonnummers opnieuw
(zie ook pagina 11, Geheugenplaatsen (0-9)).
