Hoe gaat u het wireless modem gebruiken?

Er zijn meerdere mogelijkheden om het wireless modem aan te sluiten:

A U gebruikt het wireless modem met een laptop of pc en de wireless USB adapter (SpeedTouch 121g).

De wireless USB adapter zorgt ervoor dat uw pc of laptop draadloos contact heeft met het modem.

KPN ondersteund de wireless USB adapter SpeedTouch 121g. De wireless USB adapter is verkrijgbaar

bij Primafoon en op www.kpn.com.

Let op: Sluit de wireles USB adapter pas aan wanneer de installatie cd-rom dit aangeeft.

B U heeft een laptop of pc met ingebouwde WiFi-functionaliteit en u kiest ervoor om Wifi te

gebruiken. De wireless USB adapter heeft u dan niet nodig.

Als u niet zeker weet of uw laptop of pc WiFi-functionaliteit heeft, kijk dan in de documentatie

behorende bij uw laptop of pc. U kunt ook bij uw computerleverancier informeren.

WiFi-functionaliteit kunt u herkennen aan de termen: Centrino, wireless, WiFi, draadloos of WLAN.

De meeste laptops en pc's met WiFi kunnen gebruikt worden in combinatie met het wireless modem.

De WiFi-functionaliteit moet hiervoor wel correct geïnstalleerd zijn. Voor meer informatie hierover

verwijzen wij u naar de leverancier van uw laptop of pc.
