5.2 Extra computers instellen: Windows
Het instellen van Windows op de zojuist extra aangesloten computer
kan op twee manieren. U kunt de extra computer handmatig instellen
op automatisch IP-adres verkrijgen (DHCP) (zie voor meer informatie de
helpfunctie van Windows), maar u kunt ook de Setup Wizard gebruiken.
Hieronder wordt de Setup Wizard beschreven:
➤ U hebt de ADSL Ethernet modem aangezet en aangesloten op de
ethernetkaart van de extra computer. Het groene controlelampje pc-
aansluiting aan de achterkant van de modem brandt.
1. Plaats de meegeleverde ADSL cd-rom met software van KPN in het
cd-romstation van de extra computer.
2. Klik linksonder op het beeldscherm op Start.
3. Ga naar Uitvoeren (Engels: Run).
➤ U komt in het scherm Uitvoeren (zie afbeelding 40)
