KPN garandeert bij juist gebruik een goede werking van uw

aankoop. Functioneert uw aankoop onverhoopt niet naar

behoren dan zal KPN deze in beginsel kosteloos repareren

en/of vervangen.

De goede werking wordt gegarandeerd gedurende minimaal

twee jaar na de aankoopdatum. Na deze periode kunt u

afhankelijk van uw product nog steeds wettelijke rechten

hebben.

Indien voor (onderdelen van) producten een andere termijn

geldt wordt dat bij het betreffende product aangegeven.

Voor batterijen garandeert KPN een goede werking

gedurende 6 maanden. Hierna kunt u nog steeds wettelijke

rechten hebben.

Er is geen sprake van juist gebruik als uw aankoop;

 verwaarloosd is;

 onvoorzichtig en/of ondeskundig is gebruikt, behandeld of

onderhouden;

 niet volgens de voorschriften is aangesloten,

geïnstalleerd, gebruikt en/of gecombineerd met andere

producten.
