. Inktcartridge plaatsen en verwijderen
Voordat u gebruik kunt maken van de Pacific , moet u de meegeleverde zwart-wit inkt-
cartridge plaatsen. Deze inktcartridge is geschikt voor ongeveer  zwart-wit afdrukken.
Dit is gemeten aan de hand van de testkaart op pagina . Als de inktcartridge op is, knip-
pert het rode controlelampje en verschijnt in het display
PATROON LEEG
. De Pacific 
drukt een mededeling af dat de inktcartridge bijna leeg is. U kunt dan niets meer
afdruk-
ken totdat de inktcartridge is vervangen. Binnenkomende faxberichten worden opgeslagen
in het documentgeheugen. Nieuwe inktcartridges kunt u aanschaffen bij Primafoon en
Business Center (zie ‘Extra accessoires’, pagina ).
Opmerking
Als u de Pacific  gebruikt in combinatie met een personal computer en u documenten in
kleur wilt afdrukken, dan kunt u een kleureninktcartridge gebruiken (zie ook hoofdstuk ).
Hiermee kunt u maximaal  afdrukken maken.
Tip
Als de kwaliteit van de afgedrukte documenten onvoldoende is, kunt u de inktcartridge
opnieuw instellen (zie paragraaf .).
