Het zend/ontvangstjournaal geeft u de volgende informatie:

– Het faxnummer (ID) van de verzonden/ontvangende fax.

– Het aantal verzonden/ontvangen pagina’s per communicatie.

– Het totaalaantal verzonden (Z) en ontvangen (O) pagina’s.

– Het resultaat van het verzonden/ontvangen bericht:

Goed Het bericht is goed verzonden/ontvangen.

Informatiecode Het verzenden/ontvangen is niet goed ver-

lopen (reden wordt vermeld; zie voor verkla-

ring van deze codes paragraaf 6.3).

Bovenaan het zend/ontvangstjournaal staan de naam die u hebt

ingevoerd en het internationale telefoonnummer van uw Missouri

vermeld.

3.6 Kopiëren

U kunt de Missouri ook gebruiken om documenten te kopiëren.

Bijvoorbeeld brieven die u per post verzendt of faxberichten die u

gaat verzenden (om vooraf te controleren hoe het bericht wordt

afgedrukt). Kopiëren gaat als volgt:

1 Zet de pagina met de te kopiëren zijde naar boven tegen de

linkerzijde van de documentinvoer

2 Duw de pagina zo ver mogelijk in de documentinvoer.

Laat de pagina los als u voelt dat de Missouri deze een stukje

invoert.

3 Druk op .

> De Missouri kopieert nu de ingevoerde pagina.

Opmerking

De Missouri kopieert altijd in de resolutie fijn.
