Faxberichten verzenden
De Telefax 352 kent verschillende manieren om een bericht te verzenden. Behalve van
handmatige verzending (rechtstreeks het nummer intoetsen), kunt u gebruikmaken van:
-
snelkiezen: u kiest de bij het faxnummer behorende kiescode. Dit kan een nummer zijn
(0 t/m 99) of een van de alfanumerieke toetsen (A - Z).
- naamzoeken: u toetst -een deel van- de naam van de bestemming in op het toetsenbord.
Eventueel zoekt u verder in de lijst met en .
In de Telefax 352 kunnen honderd faxummers met bijbehorende namen worden
opgeslagen. U kunt hier zelf een kiescode (letter en/of nummer) aan toekennen. Het
programmeren van kiescodes staat beschreven in hoofdstuk 2 (pagina 24).
De Telefax 352 biedt ook twee mogelijkheden voor
groepskiezen. U kunt daarmee één
faxbericht naar meer bestemmingen verzenden. Dat kan handmatig maar u kunt ook reeds
geprogrammeerde nummers opslaan onder een groepscode. Om gebruik te maken van
kiescodes, nummer zoeken, snel- en groepskiezen, dient u deze eerst te programmeren.
