4.4. Overzicht informatie/foutcodes,

melden van storingen

Er kunnen zich situaties voordoen waarbij een “foutbericht” wordt afgedrukt,

of waarbij in het enkelvoudig journaal een foutcode te lezen is.

De meestgebruikte foutcodes staan hieronder vermeld met daarbij een

mogelijke oplossing.

WAT TE DOEN?

1. Neem contact op met de

ontvanger

2. Voer document opnieuw in en

verzend nogmaals

Maak het geheugen vrij door fax-

berichten af te drukken (zie pagina

16), documenten te verwijderen uit

het geheugen (zie pagina 37) en/of

ingesproken berichten op het ant-

woordapparaat af te spelen en te

wissen (zie pagina 56).

Melden van storingen

Indien de Telefax 338 niet goed functioneert en u kunt de storing niet zelf verhelpen, neemt

u dan contact op met het gratis Landelijk Servicenummer van KPN Telecom: 0800-0407.

U moet hierbij het serienummer van uw Telefax 338 bij de hand hebben. Dit serienummer

vindt u op de onderzijde van het toestel achter de tekst “NR SERIE” op de grijze sticker

met de streepjescodes.
