Cijfers invoeren
Als u de Telefax 338 hebt aangesloten op een interne telefooncentrale en u maakt geen
gebruik van de functie ‘automatisch buitenlijn kiezen’ (zie hoofdstuk 5.3, pagina 79), moet
u bij het invoeren van een faxnummer eerst het toegangscijfer voor een buitenlijn
(meestal een 0) invoeren, gevolgd door een pauze (de Telefax 338 wacht dan drie
seconden, alvorens verder te gaan met kiezen). Gebruik ‘Flash’ voor het invoegen van een
pauze. Voorbeeld:
N.B. Hanteer voor het programmeren van nationale telefoon/faxnummers de tiencijferige notatie
(netnummer + abonneenummer). Dit voor een optimale samenwerking met de dienst NummerWeergave™
(zie ook hoofdstuk 3.2 op pagina 46 en bijlage B op pagina 92).
2.1. Fax: verkorte kiescodes
Verkorte kiescodes maken het mogelijk volledige telefoon/faxnummers onder
een code (00 t/m 49) op te slaan, waardoor u deze nummers niet steeds opnieuw
hoeft in te toetsen. U kunt vijftig namen en telefoon/faxnummers opslaan. De
eerste tien verkorte kiescodes zijn snel toegankelijk door op een naamtoets (de
tien toetsen onder het display) te drukken.
Invoeren
Bij het invoeren van namen en faxnummers kunt u, naast de cijfer- en naamtoetsen, de
volgende toetsen nodig hebben:
wissen van ingevoerde tekens
ga naar volgende positie
Een naam mag uit maximaal twintig tekens bestaan, een telefoonnummer uit maximaal
dertig cijfers.
Letters invoeren
Onder elke naamtoets schuilen enkele letters. Zo kunt u met behulp van naamtoets 2 de
letters D, E, F en het cijfer 2 intoetsen. U kunt de letters na elkaar intoetsen. Indien u twee
opeenvolgende letters gebruikt die onder één naamtoets staan, bijvoorbeeld DE, moet u
na het intoetsen van de letter D eerst op drukken voor u de E kunt intoetsen. Voor het
invoeren van een spatie drukt u tweemaal op .
