1.1. Faxbericht verzenden
Voor het gebruik van de Telefax 338 gelden de onderstaande algemene
opmerkingen. Wij adviseren u deze eerst te lezen. U dient tevens de (installatie)-
instructies in hoofdstuk 5 (vanaf pagina 76) uit te voeren, alvorens u de Telefax
338 voor de eerste maal gebruikt.
Helpfunctie
De Telefax 338 heeft een ingebouwde helpfunctie. Hiermee drukt u een overzicht af van
alle functies en hun betekenis:

Documenten verzenden/kopiëren
Verzend/kopieer alleen documenten die voldoen aan de hieronder vermelde afmetingen.
Hebt u documenten die gekreukeld, gescheurd of vochtig zijn (bijvoorbeeld door het
gebruik van een correctievloeistof), die vuil zijn of kleiner dan de minimale afmetingen,
maak dan gebruik van de standaard plastic documenthouder.

N.B. Twijfelt u aan de kwaliteit van het document dat u wilt verzenden/kopiëren, maak dan eerst een kopie
op een kantoorkopieermachine of bestel de standaard plastic documenthouder via het gratis telefoon-
nummer 0800-0403.
Document invoeren
De automatische documentinvoer is geschikt voor maximaal vijftien pagina’s tegelijk. De
onderste pagina wordt als eerste verzonden. Klap de achtergeleider van de document-
invoer omhoog (zie pagina 2). Leg de eerste pagina van het document met de tekstzijde
naar achter in de documentinvoer. Stel de zijgeleider van de documentinvoer in, zodat het
document er net tussen past. Houd de pagina met twee handen aan de zijkanten vast en
duw hem iets naar beneden. De pagina wordt ongeveer een centimeter ingevoerd. Plaats
vervolgens de overige pagina’s erbovenop.
