Installeer de PC/laptop
• Zet de PC/laptop aan of zorg dat er geen programma’s open staan.
• Neem de installatie cdrom uit de handleiding.
• Plaats het ADSL modem installatie cdrom in de PC/laptop. Mocht de cdrom toch niet
automatisch opstarten, open dan het bestand startup.exe.
Internetabonnement
Tijdens het installeren van je PC/laptop met de meegeleverde installatie cdrom wordt gevraagd naar
je ADSLgebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Deze zijn nodig om je internetabonnement regelen.
De gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord staan in de brief van je Internet Service Provider. Deze is eerder
naar je verzonden.
Wanneer je alle instructies van de cdrom correct hebt uitgevoerd, kun je dat controleren op het
ADSL modem:
a. Kijk of het lampje ‘
Internet
’ oplicht; brandt het ‘
Internet
’ lampje niet, controleer dan of de kabels
correct zijn aangesloten en je de instructies van deze stap volledig hebt uitgevoerd.
b. Kijk of het lampje ‘
WLAN
’ oplicht als teken dat het ADSL modem een draadloze verbinding kan
maken. Brandt het ‘
WLAN
’ lampje niet, controleer dan of je de instructies van de installatie
cdrom correct hebt uitgevoerd.

losse USB adapter, sluit
deze nog NIET aan!
