Is de wenselijke lengte niet te koop, monteer dan aan één of beide kanten van de kabel een

ministekker (RJ- plug). Gebruik hiervoor de meegeleverde ministekkertang. Hoe je deze

gebruikt staat in de bijlage beschreven.

Het ADSL modem aansluiten op het elektriciteitsnet

• Met de bijgeleverde stroomadapter sluit je het ADSL modem aan op het elektriciteitsnet.

(zie guur 14)

• Zet het ADSL modem aan met behulp van de powerknop, deze vind je aan de achterzijde.

• Controleren van de bekabeling:

a. Kijk of het lampje ‘

Power’ oplicht; brandt het niet, controleer dan of je de stroomadapter goed

hebt aangesloten.

b. Kijk of het lampje ‘

DSL’ oplicht als teken dat het ADSL modem goed is aangesloten op het ADSL-

netwerk. Na enige tijd begint het lampje continu te branden. Brandt het ‘DSL’ lampje niet,

controleer dan of de stappen  en 2 goed zijn uitgevoerd en de kabeltjes correct zijn aangesloten.

Ga nu verder met stap 3 op de kaart.

Let op! Het gebruik van

een ander type kabel

kan de snelheid van

internet negatief

beïnvloeden of ervoor

zorgen dat je aanslui-

ting niet functioneert.
